Biography

"My research interests are miscellaneous, but they are all at heart the same thing: how a person's religious identity affected their experience of the Middle Ages. Larger projects include a comparative analysis of travelogues from Jewish, Muslim, and Christian travelers to the Holy Land in the 12th century, and a study of how Mediterranean meat markets operated within multicultural communities."
