Department of History

Jorge Rosario studied at the University of Puerto Rico. He completed a BA in History of Europe and in Foreign Languages. For a graduate seminar, he produced a monography in which he focused on the complexities of elaborating the memory of German victims in the case of the bombing of German cities and, for his senior thesis, he examined the historical context, the transcendence, and the limits of the Historikerstreit. He intends to research the importance of exile in the production of anti-fascist thought.
