Department of History

Anjie received her Bachelor of Arts with honors in History and Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania. Her research interests focus on land dispossession, Indigenous-settler diplomatic relationships, and assimilation policies in the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries North America. In particular, she wants to explore the evolving relationships between Native American nations, British and French colonial powers, and the post-revolutionary U.S. government.
