Joukowsky Family Distinguished Associate Professor of Modern Middle Eastern History Faiz Ahmed published his latest article in a recent issue of Law and History Review, the academic journal of the American Society for Legal History. The article, "Courts and Constitutions in South Asia and the Global South: A View from the Middle East" can be found here, with a personal dedication to Brown undergraduate John Owen Habib (2002-2023) found at the end of the article.
